Welcome to our Scrapstore, full of art and craft supplies!
The Scrapstore is an Aladdin’s cave full of art and craft supplies saved from landfill. All the materials are surplus stock, leftovers or preloved items, donated by members of the public and businesses alike. Our stock is always changing, so there is guaranteed to be something new every time!
We have everything from paint, paper and card to fabric and haberdashery, to beads, yarn, leather and glass jars, tiles, corks, and stationery. Plus much, much more!
At Crow Recycling we are passionate about supporting our community. The Scrapstore is intended as a low cost resource, helping make the arts accessible to as many people as possible and providing a hub for crafting socially and bringing people together.
We are a membership store, although you are very welcome to come along and browse before deciding to join. Membership costs £10 for a year, and we welcome group memberships, particularly for community groups, schools and families.
All items in the Scrapstore are very low priced and some items such as elastic bands, small cardboard tubes, plastic punched pockets, bottle tops and assorted tubs are available to members free of charge.

We also open on Saturdays approximately once a month, depending on staff and volunteer availability. Planned Saturday opening dates are updated below and on Facebook at ‘Crow Recycling Scrapstore’.

On Saturdays we also hold a drop-in crochet workshop, open to anyone whether you are a complete beginner, want to learn some new techniques or would just like to crochet in company with tea and biscuits. We want the workshop to be accessible to all, so it is run on a ‘pay what you can’ basis, with a suggested donation of £4 per person to cover materials and tuition, although we welcome any donation you are able to make.
